Marion County is home to horse farms, heat waves, and humble individuals willing to aid in a great cause. Special Olympics Marion County was held this past month, and we got to see firsthand the greatness of our community as well as join in the efforts to support the children participating in the Special Olympics! TD Bank, the leading sponsor of the organization, has a goal to raise a million dollars from now through June to fund the event. With the help of donations from local businesses and generous givers, the Special Olympics Marion County is capable of hosting athletic competitions to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Special Olympics provides opportunities to promote fitness, while simultaneously sharing jubilee to the participants and its volunteers. It is a time to unify the community, overlook differences, and have a good time! They offer an array of activities and sports to engage all individuals with or without disabilities. With over seven hundred participants, there is no lack of smiles! All that is needed are individuals eager to have fun and help spread joy to these athletes.

Our core values at Raney’s extend to our community. We exhibit a family spirit with our Chromozonian team, and we like to share that same passion and kindness with our Ocala family as well. We love to volunteer! If you have a drive for serving others and would like to learn more about us, or are interested in becoming a Chromozonian, check out our website http://www.raneystruckparts.com/about.
